We visited Lake of the Ozarks in mid- September, which is technically off season, but it was warm - in the 90's! We wanted to rent a boat for the three days we were there. I made several phone calls for information and prices. When I spoke with the owner of Lake Toons, he was very friendly and gave me a great deal. Within 30 minutes of speaking to the owner, his son dropped the boat off at our resort and explained how everything worked. ( If we had rented at the other place, we would have had to pick up the boat and then try to find our resort in a huge lake we had never visited before. ) The son had noticed that a light switch was broken on the boat he delivered and arranged to switch it the next day with a year newer boat. At the end of our rental, we just left it in the slip and they picked it up. The owner, his son, and the woman who took my credit card information were all very nice and easy to work with. The whole process was great! I'd definitely rent from Lake Toons again.

I've never been to Lake of the Ozarks before, and Jeremy was very helpful with recommendations on places to go, to do, and see. My grand kids were thrilled when they saw the boat, and what made it even better was the tube we got....FOR FREE! I recommend using this company. The young gentlemen who brought the boat was very nice and made my family feel at home on the boat.

We rented a boat from these guys July 4th weekend, and the crew was phenomenal. Jeremy was fantastic and extremely courteous with helping our family find a boat for our family. It really gave us some great memories to look back on. We plan on using these guys next year, and you all should too! Their delivery guys are hilarious, and really do make their boats shine.

Our experience with Jeremy and his crew was just awesome. There rates are the best at the lake. We rented a waverunner for 2 days and we had bad weather for one of those days. We were unable to ride that day so I called and talked to Jeremy and he made it all up to me and my family and he extend our rental date. Customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Great Place to rent boats, awesome customer service and new boats. We actually had a brand new one!
